Pros

Like 3 people I worked with were cool.

Cons

They don’t honor contracts signed by both parties, the managers from different stores like to sleep around with each other and bring the entire district into their personal dramas, I saw 2 district managers, 4 store managers and countless team members come and go. And I’m still waiting on my W2s from them. They treat you like you’re an on-call even though I signed a contract of a set schedule, they would threaten to fire me at every turn (I called in sick 3 times in 2 weeks because of the flu when covid first started spreading and I was almost fired for that), and they will blatantly disregard personal commitments (I had to pick up my 3 year old niece from my sister because nobody else could watch her for the night, as it was her and her husband’s anniversary. when I was about to leave at 4 which was my out time, the store manager said that I needed to rearrange 3 shelves before I left or I was fired. I had to call my sister and say I can’t pick up my niece so now my sister doesn’t like me too much and I didn’t get home until about 7:30-8. Horrible place. Oh yeah I forgot, I wasn’t given lunch breaks so that was fun.

Pros

The catalog system is easy to use and technology wise they are pretty up to date, very simple and convenient

Cons

The hours suck, the pay sucks. The company only cares about profit it’s no different from autozone, they are able to sell parts for less compared to Napa because they pay the employees barely above minimum, they don’t like giving raises no matter how hard your work you have to basically be a store manager or higher to get a good pay. They open more stores to make more profit and keep employees at the bare minimum. It sucks working there I think if your ISS, which is wholesale, you can make decent money with that because they give a bigger bonus from the amount of sales you make plus less responsibility and better hours but thats if a position opens up and you’ll probably be there 4 plus years until you can get that position unless you’re lucky and one opens up in the area.
