Amazing coworkers, really fair discounts on auto parts, and once in a while lunch is provided.
Cons
Cortland, Ohio is an absolute mess. Bottom line mentality, customer service is very poor, stores are unclean, certain favorites don't have to work on Saturdays and past 5, both store management and upper management is incompetent, certain favorites don't do their fair share of work, delivery vehicles are in very poor condition, not enough delivery vehicles to satisfy local area professional customer needs, training is useless and mandatory, always working overtime on late shift, and store is not big enough to satisfy local regular customer's needs. Also delivery drivers don't get breaks and basically starve all day because no food is allowed in the vehicle along with a cell phone.
