Pros
Great culture, good people working there, attract good customers. Some managers better than others, like any company. Good employee discount too
Cons
Like title says, biggest is the pay. Across the board, it is a joke. The commission is a joke too. It equates to less than half a percent of your sales. They try to make a big deal about it and hold it over your head if you ask about raise. Especially disheartening when the earnings reports come out every quarter. And computer network system is a joke.
