Pros

Auto parts are cheaper as an employee

Cons

Horrible pay, horrible environment, try to get you not to talk about your pay which is illegal,a lot of nepotism, you get payed less if you don’t know any of the hire ups. I worked there for three months and quite because the people who did the least work but knew somone hire up got payed a crazy amount while I made just above minimum wage for doing all the heavy lifting because “I was young” and the manager and employees were lazy. Also a very innapropriat work place and there is nowhere to go you cannot get promoted because the only people who get promoted are old guys who don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to cars and they make you work 9 hour shifts 6 days a week and get upset if you ask for days off And don’t expect it to be a part time job if you get hired as part time Expect it to be a full time job with no benefits DONT WORK HERE

Pros

The catalog system is easy to use and technology wise they are pretty up to date, very simple and convenient

Cons

The hours suck, the pay sucks. The company only cares about profit it’s no different from autozone, they are able to sell parts for less compared to Napa because they pay the employees barely above minimum, they don’t like giving raises no matter how hard your work you have to basically be a store manager or higher to get a good pay. They open more stores to make more profit and keep employees at the bare minimum. It sucks working there I think if your ISS, which is wholesale, you can make decent money with that because they give a bigger bonus from the amount of sales you make plus less responsibility and better hours but thats if a position opens up and you’ll probably be there 4 plus years until you can get that position unless you’re lucky and one opens up in the area.
