      Pros

      Great employee discount, 401k, vision, and dental. Great company to work for. You can build good long lasting friendships. You always learn something new everyday at work.

      Cons

      The pay isn't good for the quality of work they expect from you. Healthcare benefits are way too expensive. They expect you to get 30% or above in relateds but no where in policy does it state that.

      Great company. Great management. Flexible schedule. Competitive pay. Great advancement opportunities as long as you work it. Friendly customers and great coworkers.

      Cons

      Interviews and getting hired on usually take a while because it goes through so many people up the line. Most companies the store manager can hire and/or fire someone but this company it all goes through several people
