Pros

-Good working environment. -Excellent choice of parts, and selection of most all top brands in the auto part aftermarket industry.

Cons

-No feeling of job security, even after more than fifteen yrs. of service. -The current wage paid to Team Membera is consistently below the industry standard, therefore is difficult to keep and retain dedicated people. -The Adversarial relations which tends to develop between the Store Manager , District & Regional mgt. -The Overall Mandate is Sales, Above all else, That being it's store managers and / or it's Team Members are always "under the gun" to make your sales goals consistently or you will be either demoted or replaced .This is Especially True for the Store Manager.

Great company. Great management. Flexible schedule. Competitive pay. Great advancement opportunities as long as you work it. Friendly customers and great coworkers.

Cons

Interviews and getting hired on usually take a while because it goes through so many people up the line. Most companies the store manager can hire and/or fire someone but this company it all goes through several people
