Pros
the developers get great experience for their resumes, really enjoyed my peers who were students. This is a good opportunity for people looking for experience but that also comes with a lot of stress.
Cons
I experienced an inordinate amount of stress, lots of extra-role activities that were not listed on job posting for too little compensation. I often had to work outside of my scheduled shifts because of management, and upper staff was not held accountable like the lowest employees were. There was a lot of negativity and a lot of stress for what was a part time job with okay compensation. Management made several unprofessional comments throughout my time at ocv.
