- Great product, brand name recognition - Some of my colleagues - New CEO appears to be setting the company on the right track - the guy is a professional.
Cons
- Company doesn't care about you - Company culture is all threatening you and telling you how terrible you are (in much more colorful language). - ruthless and immoral - sell at all costs - does not care about partnership with customers - unbelievable incompetence at all levels - pricing and channel director who know nothing about pricing or channels - junior marketing people who know nothing about local channels or larger marketing, with much too much power and influence - expected to work 24/7 and despite the lip service, company discourages taking vacation - No reviews or career advancement. Only feedback is to be told how terrible you are - Never have I seen a more terrible CEO. The ignorance, arrogance and complete lack of respect for anybody is completely unbelievable.
