Pros

Can't identify any at this time. I do work on a lot of projects.

Cons

Upper management is very disorganized and junior. No exec understands the high end enterprise storage industry. Strategic direction of the company is unknown. Just build products and ship them. Take a look at the Vector, very unstable, the OCZ way, 6 out 10 fail, lots of RMAs. Moral is very low and the communication to employees is very bad.

A lot has changed at OCZ since this review was written. Our product focus has expanded and OCZ is now part of Toshiba. We now have direct access to critical parts and technology, combined with OCZ developed technology we expect to remain a major player in the future development of SSD products and sales.
