Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent integrity and directions from the new CEO (Ralph Schmitt), new parent company (Toshiba) bring financial and NAND supply stability, exciting product lines, new life after bankruptcy, the new OCZ SS has a great potential to compete at tier 1 level, better global collaboration (though more is needed), etc.
Cons
It seems to take a lot to move something due to red tape with the new company. Probably a norm for having Toshiba as the parent company. Still have some 1.0 people that cannot bring OCZ SS to the next level. Unfortunately, some of those people are considered important. Need to work on product visions.
