Wish we had more information to figure out what this review is really about. A couple things come to mind. Did you ever address/report this issue with HR at the company? We also have a 3rd party confidential resource for employees to report any type of ethical issues involved in how we do business or treat employees. All employees go through this training and know about these resources.
