Culture Change and Positive Outlook - Anonymous employee OCZ Storage Solutions Employee Review

I have worked at OCZ for a number of years and experienced both the old and new management. A positive culture change has taken place over the last few years. The new CEO and management team also focus a lot on quality and product development in general, something that was not always the case previously when being first to market and revenue growth trumped everything. As part of Toshiba the growth potential and future looks bright in my opinion.
