Understaffed, over promised. I won't pounce upon everything numerously already said. I actually deleted some specific rants since this isn't really healthy. OCZ has left a bit of a body count in its wake. Some move on. Some do not. I do truly wish everyone there the best but you are reminded on a daily basis that you are working for someone else's benefit.
