A very confused company. - Distribution Sales Manager OCZ Storage Solutions Employee Review

While I was with the company I went through a bankruptcy, a buyout and 3 management changes in less then 7 months. After the buyout none of the management that was in place changed, so the same mentality that caused a lot of the issues before the bankruptcy were still in place. The constant change about the best way to go to market made it very hard for certain divisions of the company to achieve strong sales partnerships.
