Great place to work. They are very family oriented. Lots of perks that come along with the job. Good location.

Cons

Open door policy is not always what it seems. Speaking with someone does not always get problems taken care of.

Probably none. I really thought and nothing.

Cons

PTO, very low pay not competitive. Do not go here. Unless you are like the people who stay here long term (high school diplomas who can’t get a job anywhere else) pick anything else. This place is for under achievers to feel important. Management wants you to think they are some huge company but it is a joke.
