Pros
Really nice people to work with and the Dr's you call on are mostly very receptive to discuss products as they want the free samples you give them. The work is rewarding if you are straight out of college, work 2 years(if you can stand it that long) and get out. The average tenure at this company is about 12-14 months due to being over worked, severely underpaid, and constantly walking on egg shells so as to not make a mistake and get the AX.
Cons
They demand you work 60+ hours a week and dictate what and where you need to be. Constantly being micromanaged, threats for termination if a report is late more than 1x, demand you go through additional online training on your own time that equates to 3+ hrs per week, and so many other things... Dont get stuck with this company unless you are desperate, or else you will be working for them for 8 months like i did, realize there is no future, and be back at the wheel looking for other opportunities.
