      Pros

      Decent salary and company pays for travel. The people down in Rosemond, TX are good, hard working people. The product is VERY good.

      Cons

      Hours are structured. If you can’t work from 8-5 everyday as an outside sales rep no matter how many calls you make, you won’t make it. It’s an office job in your car. They watch every call you make. The bonus structure is below 4%.

      Probably none. I really thought and nothing.

      Cons

      PTO, very low pay not competitive. Do not go here. Unless you are like the people who stay here long term (high school diplomas who can’t get a job anywhere else) pick anything else. This place is for under achievers to feel important. Management wants you to think they are some huge company but it is a joke.
