Has developed into a highly toxic workplace. Pay is below average for the industry. Nothing is consistent and senior management operates according to its own set of guidelines. Lack of appreciation for dedication to the company and hard work. Favoritism and nepotism are obvious. There is no room for advancement. Not rewarded for hard work at all, zero increase in salary. Harder I work the more work I get with no recognition. It is about who you know in the company not your performance.
