Terrible place to be in and severe nepotism. People are hired and fired due to who they are related to or who they are friends with NOT capabilities. This was also the lowest paying sales job I've ever experienced by any standard. Always hiring due to the ridiculous turnover rate and low employee satisfaction. All in all, the company offers very little to people that are talented and skilled but that are not interested in entering into the circle of friendship.
