      Pros

      In the past it was a wonderful place to work. Family oriented and felt like home. Once Mr. Charles Hewitt prior to 2020 left everything began changing and culture fell apart.

      Cons

      Very toxic work culture. I tried to make a difference. HR was very resistant. Bullying in the workplace and very bad for my mental health. Did not realize how unhappy I was there until I was out of there.

      Probably none. I really thought and nothing.

      Cons

      PTO, very low pay not competitive. Do not go here. Unless you are like the people who stay here long term (high school diplomas who can’t get a job anywhere else) pick anything else. This place is for under achievers to feel important. Management wants you to think they are some huge company but it is a joke.
