Cons
Out of touch management people, controlling HR VP, salary structure favors management. Nepotism in management. Unqualified middle managers. Dealing with customer issues, and having to force feed the ODL way to them.

Thank you for the feedback. Strong communication between management and our employees is essential to our operations.
There are a lot of really good people who work at ODL and generally a very positive environment. There is a good amount of flexibility to work remotely with usually at least one day in the office per week.
Cons
In some roles more than others it can be challenging to stay within the salaried hours. Supervisors tend to be flexible about when extra hours are worked though.
