They have a group at ODW Logistics called the Reach out Rangers which helps coordinate many charity events for ODW Logistics like the American Heart Association Heart Walk which in 2017 helped to raise 30,000 dollars and had over 100 walkers. Mid Ohio Foodbank Can Drive and Canstruction. Junior Acheivement Biztown and Toys for Tots are just a few examples of what ODW Logistics and the Reach out Ranagers do for the community.

Supportive and tight knit culture, small, but fast-growing company so lots of opportunity for both lateral and linear growth, and genuinely care about employees

Because it's a smaller company in the logistics and transportations industry (smaller margins), pay tends to be on the lower end at all levels, comparatively speaking. Most people find it worth it given the culture, career growth, and benefits
