Pros
Great if you wanna get alot of exposure to the logistics field out of university or for a first time role. Some great people in the supervisor level that helped me survive and grow in my role. Culture in my buildings were pretty good with my teams.
Cons
Training path is very minimal, I was thrown into my role in a sink or swim sorta way. Trying to figure out how to move up to the next level is vague, I tried for a long time but nobody could give me a straight answer and sorta brushed me off. Favoritism is some distribution centers is a huge part of the environment, so people would go around you if they didn't like your answer. Thus your boss will give them an answer without talking to you first. My yearly reviews were always extremely critical of any mistakes I made and wouldn't note or point out all the positives I did and grew from. Kinda knocks you down after them always saying you're a great supervisor.
