Not worth the effort to be there - Forklift Driver/Material Handler ODW Logistics Employee Review

Outdated equipment (they break down and not get repaired for DAYS) insurance is overpriced (tried to use it for my dental and vision, but covers VERY LITTLE), pay is awful, irresponsible coworkers (handlers are messy, on cell phones, etc) ; tons of favortism, while others are overlooked, yet gets criticized when they do something wrong (and at times more severely punished more than others): management don't care about those who works very hard, and let mediocre ones slide and coddles them: management don't care unless you're for them and they're NOT for the employees..worst experience I ever had in my life!!!!
