Pros
The pay is decent at best. Annual raises seem to be fair. Environment is friendly. Everyone is nice. Health insurance is fairly cheap.
Cons
There’s no lunch breaks. Most people work through their lunches due to no time to take one , the teams are all very short staffed. Everyone is over worked and expected to dedicate their life to the company. The step up raises are a slap in the face. You take on so much more work but yet compensated very little. It’s known they don’t want you to use your vacation time. The sick days are a joke. Instead of just giving all vacation time it’s split. Sick days just put the whole team in a bad spot due to lack of additional help. There’s no cross training to help with other accounts. Most people have vacation days scheduled and get called or messaged by someone at work. They don’t truly have a day off from work. There is no work/ life balance.
