Pros

Cool Christmas party but would have rather had better bonuses or better pay.

Cons

1. You are replaceable. Remember that. They will hire a new kid right out of college who doesn't know any better because they do not care if they lose you as an employee. 2. Micromanaging on another level 3. You receive zero praise. You only speak to the manager if you do something wrong. 4. Mental abuse happens and everyone feels you have to throw each other under the bus so as to take the spot light off yourself. 5. You are made to feel super guilty if you take a day off. 6. They give you big bonuses at Christmas time and big raises to make you feel appreciated but then you start to talk and realize they just start your income out SUPER low so you don't question it. 7. They play favorites. 8. Very male dominated. Women are very rarely seen getting promotions. They will hire a new male that was working for them under a year over a woman whose been there for multiple years. 9. A woman was told she would get fired if she became pregnant again. 10. You never know if the branch manager is even in the office because he works with his door closed and his light off. 11. Sales will get to spend their time outside passing a ball around while the rest of the team is inside working their butts off to keep THERE customers happy and keep the business. 12. The company took instant messaging away due to a couple employees abusing it. Then gave it back to only a certain amount of employees (these included the employees who abused it). 13. I was personally mentally abused and screamed at by my Supervisor. There was even a time I was yelled at in front of the entire office for asking someone for heart burn medicine. So you are meant to feel like you cannot get our of your seat. 14. One employee left to work for a competitor they threw them a party. When I left I was made to pack up my desk on the spot and was escorted out in front of everyone and not allowed to say a work to anyone. 15. The turn over rate is the worst I have ever seen or heard of. 16. Management has been approached multiple multple times by employees to let them know what they could do better and nothing has changed. One even said " I'm not a big "ra ra" kind of guy". 17. HR is NOT there to protect you. They are there to protect only the company. Anything you tell them or want to say in confidence immediately gets repeated to your supervisor and you are reprimanded. 18. Unless you are in Sales you will not make it in this place unless you never make a mistake and keep you mouth shut and just do your job perfectly. 19. Too many people come out of this place with PTSD. I personally am still suffering from it and trying to learn how to trust my current company because of what I went through. I know some ex employees have sought legal counsel from what they went through although I'm not sure of the outcome. 20. I tried to give zero stars but you have to choose at least one so.....

Pros

Flexibility when it comes to having to WFH more than the allowed one day in office. Teamwork among the department to help everyone get work done. Plenty of resources cross departmentally to help you navigate/troubleshoot operational obstacles and issues with agents/clients/vendors. Also a clearly driven model to avoid reactionary responses to problems/issues and come up with a proactive long term solutions after situation arise.

Cons

Some more engagement and career coaching from middle management would be an area of recommendation to focus on in future. Also, messaging from senior to upper management after company layoffs was non-existent earlier this year. When I joined, there were regular town halls to allow employees a platform to voice concerns and ask questions but this was done away with in 2026 (not sure why, again no clear messaging/guidance from upper management). This left me (and others) with a sense of unease/instability within the organization that had me doubt my future with the company. More accountability and expectations need to be defined for middle management as some seem to not have adequate knowledge of day to day / system operations of desk workers and push reports, instead of digging in to more day to day struggles to help desk level workers.
