They were hiring when I need a pay check.
Cons
The Executive long term compensation which includes Directors and above is structured such that they get bonus based on growth in earnings year over year. Since The company has no control over pricing that means they have to squeeze their employees and cost. There is virtually no investment in productivity software, no long term planning and no organizational growth. Those directors? They are everywhere. Many have no direct reports and do senior individual contributor work yet carry executive titles.
