Pros

I've met some really great people at OG&E. The people that work here care about the work they do. I feel this from every level of the organization - from the admins, up to the CEO, and across generation, transmission and distribution. I wish more people knew of the sacrifices employees at OG&E make to ensure we have power at our homes each and every day.

Cons

The company is currently implementing much needed new technology, so the organization is going through a season of change. If you are person that hates constant change, this might not be the best fit for you. Wait a couple years.

A Great place to learn.

Cons

Not a draw back for me, but if you have not worked shift work it maybe difficult to adjust to the job especially for some craft/technical positions.
