Pros
Compensation, Vacation Days, Central and easily accessible location, pay for some desginations and outside conferences. Overall good company, however experience in departments vary wildly. It depends on your team and leaders.
Cons
Limited opportunities for career advancements and growth Too many recent management changes Culture needs to evolve - lots of lifers with entitlement mentality; lots of talkers with minimal doers. Processes are too ineffiecient with unneccesary delays in decision making. Meetings are run infficiently - too much waste of time.
