So prior to taking a position at OMG National, I had some other opportunities on the table and ultimately chose to go with OMG even though it was a lower paying job. I read the previous reviews and had concerns about them as well. Frankly, it's a great atmosphere and like any place of employment, it's about your work ethic and attitude. OMG in my opinion, has a great balance of professionalism and casualness that I think carries over well, particularly for young professionals. Great opportunities for learning and applying new strategies are prevalent. It's a strong team atmosphere and everyone is very genuine. The company has gone through a multitude of changes in staff and practices over the past year and while that it is typically a con, the owners are establishing a much more positive and stable foundation to build upon.
