Pros

I have personally seen the culture on the sales floor change dramatically for the better! We now perform as a team rather than a group of individuals. I know that the evolution of the team will only continue with an unlimited ceiling. I can honestly say the owners care about the employees as people that are valuable to the firm. I am excited about the room for growth and the fact that I have no real limits on my earning potential. OMG has a bright future as a company.

Would love to see direct deposit.

Pros

Great environment great staff very understanding people. I have literally had the worst past 8 months of my life and these guys have shown nothing but care and understanding. I have never experienced a management staff that was so humane. They do have certain metrics they expect every employee to meet but they don't make these metrics impossible to hit like some companies do. With the world being what it is we need more companys full of people like OMG staff. Thanks to Jon and Abby for being killer bosses!!!

Cons

Lower pay than most but to me this is a trade off for their exceptional work/life balance.
