Pros
I've worked for a lot of different companies, but OMG National is the first that I've felt truly takes what their employees have to say into consideration. I've been working here for six months and I started during a transitional period for OMG. The degree of change that I've witnessed this company make in the last six months is outstanding, and it feels great to have my input valued so highly by upper-management. OMG National cares about their employees and what they have to say. Most of these reviews are out-dated and posted by former, disgruntled employees that weren't qualified for their positions and were let go once OMG National began to transform itself into the thriving, creative, and collaborative digital marketing agency it is now. I saw these negative reviews before interviewing with OMG, and I'm so glad I ignored them and went with my gut. I love working here! The position of Account Executive (AE) is a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding position. This is not a sales position at all. I manage the digital marketing functions for small and medium sized businesses in numerous industries all across the country. This includes social media management, directory management, and review site management. The AE's here also perform basic SEO and PPC functions when appropriate. At OMG National the AE's also coordinate the internal functions necessary for delivering custom videos, social media campaigns, artwork, and other materials to our clients. We work with these departments in order to make sure the work that is delivered to the client is exactly what they are looking for by communicating what the client wants to these departments. The greater part of our day is spent contacting and working with our clients in order to truly deliver the value of our marketing programs.
Cons
I'm honestly struggling to come up with anything that can be considered a real con.
