I have been working at OMG National since 2011; initially full-time, then as a freelance video and voice talent, and now again as a full-time employee. I absolutely love working for OMG National. The atmosphere is very relaxed and there is little to no micro-management. I very much enjoy my day-to-day work, and truly look forward to coming to work everyday. I am very proud to be a part of the wonderful work we produce. I take pride every time I see a completed website that I got to be a part of creating. There is major potential for growth within the company, and an excellent work/life balance. The comradery among the staff is second-to-none. I have met many of my best friends working here throughout the years, and employees that have left over the years continue to stay-in touch and meet up as often as possible. While our client base and services continue to grow, the owners are actively filling newly needed positions with talented individuals, and our family continues to grow. Thank you, OMG National, for being a company that makes it employees feel valued and keeps our days fun.
Cons
As the company continues to grow, the building that we are in is growing tighter. However, the owners of the company are actively looking for a new space in the area.
