Pros

At OMG National, there are defined goals set for employees to achieve but at the same time, there is a "spirit of independence" that is fostered to allow employees to manage their own workload. As an employee on the "Creative Side" this is a true plus! Access to owners & upper management is always available, in part, due to the fact that this is a medium sized company not a huge corporation bogged down by layers of protocol. OMG National offers competitive wages and good health insurance. Fellow employees are helpful and friendly. Overall, it is a nice place to work.

Cons

Currently undergoing expansion, there is a bit of a space issue -however, that is something that is being addressed. Obviously growth is a good thing!

Great environment great staff very understanding people. I have literally had the worst past 8 months of my life and these guys have shown nothing but care and understanding. I have never experienced a management staff that was so humane. They do have certain metrics they expect every employee to meet but they don't make these metrics impossible to hit like some companies do. With the world being what it is we need more companys full of people like OMG staff. Thanks to Jon and Abby for being killer bosses!!!

Cons

Lower pay than most but to me this is a trade off for their exceptional work/life balance.
