2yThank you for your feedback. Given that you were in the sales department and are no longer with us, chances are that you failed to hit the performance metrics. We have spent a good part of 2023 pushing the threshold in communication and expectations of sales performance, so while we are sorry the position did not work out given the massive investment we must have made in you (apparently over two years), we hope that you find something you will be more successful doing. You can only tell someone in so many ways that they must bring in X number of clients or be on the phone for X amount of hours, as these are both directly attributed to what makes a Business Development Manager successful in the long run.
