Pros

A pro is that they let you work remotely Another pro is that they all were professional Also, the concept of residuals is great. Lastly, I was able to learn a lot about digital marketing which is cool and a skill I didn't have prior to working here.

Cons

I don't believe it's necessary to outline everything here. The last day of my employment consisted of nearly 80 calls and a shocking amount was to phone numbers that were disconnected/not in service/dial tone. This isn't completely their fault as bad data is bad data. One thing I really didn't like was that there would be notes on customer records stating that they asked not to be called or to be removed from the list and their records would be recycled and called again and that was the M.O. on those situations. It's easy to talk poorly and like I said they were professional about the role and everything. Hindsight is, I saw the signs before starting.

We appreciate the feedback and wish you a successful future! Our BDM role requires a handful of raw ingredients for success. While phone time is one obvious factor which is necessary for success, our BDM's are ultimately responsible for bringing viable prospects to the table. We do provide leads, some are brand new and others are those who expressed an interest but were unreachable, and then reengaged with our marketing efforts. We do work hard at providing a professional environment, having fun and generating the highest quality leads for our sales team, yet ultimately, our BDM's must innovate and draw on their own skillset, network and creative abilities to bring new clients into the company. Great environment great staff very understanding people. I have literally had the worst past 8 months of my life and these guys have shown nothing but care and understanding. I have never experienced a management staff that was so humane. They do have certain metrics they expect every employee to meet but they don't make these metrics impossible to hit like some companies do. With the world being what it is we need more companys full of people like OMG staff. Thanks to Jon and Abby for being killer bosses!!!

Cons

Lower pay than most but to me this is a trade off for their exceptional work/life balance.
