I had a very disappointing experience with OMP from a professional ethics standpoint. Long after my engagement ended, someone associated with the company reportedly reached out to my current client regarding me, which ultimately impacted my employment.
Regardless of internal disagreements or past project concerns, contacting a former employee’s/client’s current workplace after such a long period felt highly unprofessional and unnecessary. Actions like this can seriously affect someone’s career, livelihood, and mental well-being.
I believe companies should focus on maintaining professional boundaries and handling concerns through proper channels rather than interfering with former employees’ future opportunities.
While I gained technical experience during my time there, this incident left a lasting negative impression about the culture and professionalism in handling people matters.

First of all, thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m really sorry that your offboarding experience didn’t meet your expectations. Clearly your experience shows that we fell short. Apologies for that.
The last thing we want is for former colleagues to feel let down. We’ll be looking to learn from this. Our people are our precious resource. We take all comments seriously, and I’m looking forward to seeing this through to a solution that takes your comments on board.
