We are glad you value our hybrid work model and have made friends in the office. We truly place a lot of value on our company culture which is something we consistently receive positive feedback on. As such, it is unfortunate to hear that you have had anything less than an ideal experience in that area.
With team and company events as well as multiple internal groups for sports, games and music, we always hope to create a positive, inclusive environment in which our employees can thrive also outside of work.
As a software company that consults directly with external customers we use time management tools only to account for optimal use of everyone’s time on projects.
We also receive a lot of positive feedback on our coaching structure as well as the accessibility of both our managers and our HR department.
