      The pay is great for it's location.

      Cons

      The guys you work with are awesome, however, "supervisors" will never have your back, also almost everyone that runs a machine/ works the line acts like they don't, and if you work nights.

      Pros

      Pay fairly well for market standards Some people are friendly

      Cons

      A lot of Management in the plant thinks they are too good for you. Never will take accountability, and will blow everything out of proportion to where the work environment seems like the boy who cried wolf. Since when issues arise, there will be a easy solution, but will focus on the issue and play the blame game to deflect responsibility.
