The Corporate staff work diligently to provide the individual production facilities with the tools and assistance necessary to keep the production employees educated on job safety, best manufacturing practices, and the need for teamwork.

      OSI Industries is an international company with many possibilities for career advancement and job satisfaction. Great company to work for.

      Pay fairly well for market standards Some people are friendly

      Cons

      A lot of Management in the plant thinks they are too good for you. Never will take accountability, and will blow everything out of proportion to where the work environment seems like the boy who cried wolf. Since when issues arise, there will be a easy solution, but will focus on the issue and play the blame game to deflect responsibility.
