      Free lunch. People are nice to support.. Original manager was great. Very smart and good mentor.

      Cons

      New manager destroyed my department. Could not manage a paper bag. Has anger management issues. Micromanage all projects.

      Pay fairly well for market standards Some people are friendly

      Cons

      A lot of Management in the plant thinks they are too good for you. Never will take accountability, and will blow everything out of proportion to where the work environment seems like the boy who cried wolf. Since when issues arise, there will be a easy solution, but will focus on the issue and play the blame game to deflect responsibility.
