      Great Insurance benefits, 401(K), That's about it.

      Cons

      Management is horrible!!! Expect to work ridiculous hours for low pay. Management is unappreciated. Expect to find out at the end of your shift Friday that you are working Saturday. A day off... Not likely. STAY AWAY PLEASE!

      Pay fairly well for market standards Some people are friendly

      Cons

      A lot of Management in the plant thinks they are too good for you. Never will take accountability, and will blow everything out of proportion to where the work environment seems like the boy who cried wolf. Since when issues arise, there will be a easy solution, but will focus on the issue and play the blame game to deflect responsibility.
