      Lots of overtime. Great health insurance.

      Cons

      Work life balance. Low pay. Cold and wet conditions. Management is a joke. Neither management nor the employees care about the quality of the product being produced.

      Pay fairly well for market standards Some people are friendly

      Cons

      A lot of Management in the plant thinks they are too good for you. Never will take accountability, and will blow everything out of proportion to where the work environment seems like the boy who cried wolf. Since when issues arise, there will be a easy solution, but will focus on the issue and play the blame game to deflect responsibility.
