      Pros

      If you're wanting a slow paced job when time moves like molasses; OSI is for you. Pay is decent for my state relative to my job. Benefits are good. My co - workers are fairly cool. Management is sketchy, I don't really trust them.

      Cons

      Almost everything, slow paced. A lot of two faced people (hiring managers bad judge of character). Pay is "ok" to poor - many people working very hard jobs for crumbs.

      Pros

      Pay fairly well for market standards Some people are friendly

      Cons

      A lot of Management in the plant thinks they are too good for you. Never will take accountability, and will blow everything out of proportion to where the work environment seems like the boy who cried wolf. Since when issues arise, there will be a easy solution, but will focus on the issue and play the blame game to deflect responsibility.
