Pros

The people I work with are respectful and genuinely look to support each other whether it is lending a helping hand, working collaboratively to do what is best , sharing their knowledge, or mentoring guidance, it a great team of people. Salary is competitive and medical benefits are good Management has a vision and I understand how the goals I've set link to it Cafe has breakfast and lunch - many choices, always a healthy choice, and best of all it is free.

Pay fairly well for market standards Some people are friendly

Cons

A lot of Management in the plant thinks they are too good for you. Never will take accountability, and will blow everything out of proportion to where the work environment seems like the boy who cried wolf. Since when issues arise, there will be a easy solution, but will focus on the issue and play the blame game to deflect responsibility.
