Pros

a good few staff members that actually try to do their job

Cons

so much of the working equipment is falling apart and faulty in intended function. Combo line employees prioritize rushing the job disregarding the work and task load on the end i worked. i’ve been working there for 2 months and never given official fork lift certification, resulting with limited functions and frequent hassle of being locked out of the forklift with no password to reactivate/reset. The specific facility blatantly shows preferential treatment to their lab and and raw staff, leaving the RTE with mildew build up, damaged tools and slim pickings from their vending units. And no matter how many times i’ve reported problems and damages, anyone in charge has neglected to fix or even look into it unless it’s something i actually broke. The straw to break my back is not having a functional slip sheeter on combos that were being rushed out every 5 minutes; with a conveyer line limited for 4; I was denied being allowed to take my 15 minute breaks unless i took them outside of the facility. Always getting chewed out for not filling out the prep and order sheets on the office’s expectation, always regardless of the work load left to one solitary employee to handle almost forgot, they lied about the agreed payment of $19.75/hr and they instead kept giving me $18.00/hr, which that is a loss on the gas i need to get to and from work.

Pros

Pay fairly well for market standards Some people are friendly

Cons

A lot of Management in the plant thinks they are too good for you. Never will take accountability, and will blow everything out of proportion to where the work environment seems like the boy who cried wolf. Since when issues arise, there will be a easy solution, but will focus on the issue and play the blame game to deflect responsibility.
