      overtime opportunities if you don't have a degree this could be a good place to move up recession proof industry

      Cons

      they run 6 or 7 days a week the organizational structure is mind-numbingly bad bad qualities of a big company (mediocre pay, no communication between sectors) bad qualities of a small business (abysmal leadership, bad benefits)

      Pay fairly well for market standards Some people are friendly

      Cons

      A lot of Management in the plant thinks they are too good for you. Never will take accountability, and will blow everything out of proportion to where the work environment seems like the boy who cried wolf. Since when issues arise, there will be a easy solution, but will focus on the issue and play the blame game to deflect responsibility.
