      Repetitive work everyday is the same.

      Cons

      Low pay, not the cleanest place to work. Management will over work you to meet a goal that most likely benefits them and not the workers. Increased hours without notice. Working 6/7 days a week 12hrs a day.

      Pay fairly well for market standards Some people are friendly

      Cons

      A lot of Management in the plant thinks they are too good for you. Never will take accountability, and will blow everything out of proportion to where the work environment seems like the boy who cried wolf. Since when issues arise, there will be a easy solution, but will focus on the issue and play the blame game to deflect responsibility.
