      The work at the job is very and the pay is very low. Majority of the staff is very unprofessional as well as the workers some of the workers are very unpleasant to be around its always verbal incident because workers failed to do they job and can’t stay out of peoples personal business

      Pay fairly well for market standards Some people are friendly

      Cons

      A lot of Management in the plant thinks they are too good for you. Never will take accountability, and will blow everything out of proportion to where the work environment seems like the boy who cried wolf. Since when issues arise, there will be a easy solution, but will focus on the issue and play the blame game to deflect responsibility.
