      Pay is good for the area.

      Cons

      The only reason to work here is if you live close We are working 6 days a week Day shift that is on 12 hour shifts working 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off are being forced to pick up extra shifts. Management is tone deaf

      Pay fairly well for market standards Some people are friendly

      Cons

      A lot of Management in the plant thinks they are too good for you. Never will take accountability, and will blow everything out of proportion to where the work environment seems like the boy who cried wolf. Since when issues arise, there will be a easy solution, but will focus on the issue and play the blame game to deflect responsibility.
